Surf Harmony is not able to detect the level of the users of the equipment and therefore can not be held responsible for any injury, accident or death while surfing with equipment hire. Each person practices on his own responsibility in the knowledge of its level and potential risks related to weather, the tides, currents, wildlife, flora and the aquatic environment in Brittany. Surf Harmony either can not be responsible for breakage, loss or theft of rental equipment. Surf Harmony attracts the attention of its customers on the obligation of being adequately insured for liability and insurance abroad for surfing. No refund will be made for reasons related to poor surf conditions, or no, or bad weather.
Surf Harmony reserves the right to terminate the rental of equipment for reasons related to security practitioners or any other reason.

For minors
For safety reasons, Surf Harmony wishes the presence of an adult when taking equipment for minors.
Quality of equipment
Surf Harmony renew his equipment every year. We provide quality equipment, appropriate in terms of safety and progression.
Wetsuits, saving jackets and boots are maintained with a cleaning, bactericidal, virucidal, biodegradable, non-irritant product, it treats the hygiene of equipment for intensive and professional use.

For rentals, you need to fill out a form, and we will ask for identification for bail, a deposit check for the surfboards and stand up paddle.
Security
Surfing is free, but you have to respect some rules:
- Respect the restricted areas of the beach
- Use suitable equipment to its level and conditions
- Never surf with thunderstorm
- Not to assume its capabilities and choose a suitable spot
- Respect the usability and priority rules to avoid collisions
- Assist people in difficulty
- Be informed of potential bylaws or if in doubt ask to Surf Harmony

Price and rental period
Exceeding the rental period generates the cost corresponding to the following period.
