STAND UP PADDLE RIDE

The stand up paddle or SUP activity consists of moving on the water, standing on a large surfboard and using a paddle. Combining physical exercise, fun sensations and relaxation. This activity being accessible without having already practiced a sliding sport, Surf Harmony offers you to rent the board and all the equipment with our advice before your session, or to take a lesson accompanied by an instructor to initiate you.

Rental rates include :
- the advices before your session
- a paddle, a life jacket, neopren boots  if you need
- the access to the shower

LESSON FOR BEGINNERS

Group of 8 people maximum.
From 2 people.
Depending on the availability of our schedule,
wind and wave conditions.​
Lessons rates include :
- teaching by a qualified instructor
- loan of the material
full wetsuit, board adapted to the level, leash, wax
- licence and insurance
​delivered by the Surfing Federation of France
- access to the shower after your lesson
Advices :
- come 15 min before the start of the course
and count 2 hours in total
- a swimsuit, a towel, a water bottle and sunscreen
- neoprene slippers against cold (we can lend them if necessary)
- know how to swim
Advices to start will be given to you on the beach...

For an original over water trip with a beautiful landscape,
​between Garde Guérin's Point and Décollé's Point.

To know :
Activity possible depending on weather and wave conditions.
The Stand Up Paddle is not offered for lessons or rental,
when there are too many waves, or an offshore wind,
making the return to the beach difficult.
During the surfing courses...

the day when there's not enough waves,
​an initiation to this practice can be proposed.
